Discover Worcestershire
The peaceful Worcestershire countryside provides the perfect setting for a relaxed and stress-free holiday.
Much time is likely to be spent hanging out in your little wooden retreat/Mongolian yurt, but it’s certainly worth planning several outings – there are plenty of options for woodland walks and fishing days in the local area, plus pubs to stop off at for a meal or a drink. The site is also well placed for rides on the Severn Valley Railway and days at West Midland Safari Park, and there’s a Go Ape adventure park close by for the daredevils.
Bewdley (10 minutes’ drive) is a handy nearby town for food supplies, or you could head west to Ludlow, which is renowned for its excellent independent shops and markets.
Worcestershire is a popular tourist attraction and has much to satisfy a diverse range of tastes. Below are our top favourite activities. More information can be found at the Worcester Tourist Information Centre.
